I am Oti, a trained, qualified and registered specialist Advanced EMDR Practitioner. I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS clearance. Offering Web Base EMDR sessions, making EMDR accessible to EVERYONE EVERYWHERE. I am originally from the Canary Islands, Spain. I moved to the UK for over 30 years.  I am passionate to help people prosper in all areas of life. I have worked as a mentor in the business and charity sector.

It was whilst working with a charity that I learned about EMDR, I was recommended to speak to Adrian Radford-Shute from 1mind.org as an EMDR specialist. I was blown away by how fast and highly effective the ADVANCED EMDR treatment he had developed worked. All the clients I referred to EMDR, had tried talking therapies, with very little results, if any. They were able to have life-changing results in as little as 2 to 4 sessions.

My clients shared with me how their health issues were improved, their confidence increased, and their fears and even phobias resolved. I had a session with Adrian myself and experienced first-hand the life-changing results my clients talked about.

I decided to get trained and join Adrian, on the great work he is doing. After completing my qualifications, I had extra training with Adrian himself. I feel privileged that I have access to his experience and knowledge as a supervisor now.

I am bilingual and with my Web Based Clinic I am able to offer sessions in English and Spanish speakers, as well as any other languages with the help of an interpreter, making EMDR truly available to ANYONE EVERYWHERE.
